The TPS Player Development Plan is a comprehensive long-term development system built for serious athletes committed to maximizing their potential. This 5+ day per week program begins with a complete player intake, movement profile screening, and performance baseline testing to fully evaluate how the athlete moves, performs, recovers, and develops. From there, every aspect of the player’s development is organized into an individualized roadmap built around their goals, strengths, limitations, and playing demands.​ Players receive structured guidance in strength and conditioning, arm care, mobility and movement preparation, recovery, hitting or pitching development, and ongoing performance tracking. Every component inside TPS is designed to connect physical development directly to on-field performance.​ This is not a random training environment or a collection of lessons. TPS is built for dedicated players looking for structure, accountability, communication, and a professional-level development process throughout their baseball journey.

The TPS Hybrid Player Development Plan combines in-person coaching with structured remote development to provide athletes with a flexible, high-level training experience. Athletes receive one weekly 2-hour training session that integrates performance training with individualized hitting or pitching development, while continuing their progress remotely through The Futures App. Players have access to individualized programming, video review, corrective work, movement preparation, communication with staff, and ongoing development resources outside of the facility.​ Every athlete begins with the TPS onboarding process, which includes a detailed intake, movement and performance evaluation, video and data analysis, and foundational development planning to ensure each player has a clear roadmap from day one. The Hybrid PDP is designed for athletes and families looking for the structure, accountability, and professional guidance of the TPS system with added scheduling flexibility throughout the year.
