Our system

Most programs offer reps. TPS offers a process. Every athlete inside The Player System is assessed, tested, tracked, and developed through an individualized system that connects performance training to skill development. Nothing is random. Everything has a purpose. The result is not just a better hitter or harder thrower — it is a more complete, durable, and coachable athlete. When you join TPS, you are partnering with an experienced team committed to helping you navigate and succeed throughout your baseball journey.

Getting started

After submitting your application, our team will carefully review your information. If accepted, you will receive notification from us and the next steps in our program. Upon starting the program, we believe in setting clear expectations, goals, and individual player alignment. You will have the opportunity to meet with our experienced staff to discuss your aspirations, objectives, and how we can tailor our program to suit your needs.

Assessment & Analysis

TPS prioritizes long-term player health, durability, and performance through a complete developmental process built around assessment, testing, and individualized planning. Every athlete begins with a comprehensive movement and performance evaluation designed to identify physical limitations, movement inefficiencies, recovery considerations, and developmental opportunities. This process allows our staff to build a targeted plan that supports both performance and player durability over time. Players also undergo strength and conditioning baseline testing to measure key athletic qualities including force production, speed, mobility, stability, and overall athletic development. These benchmarks help guide individualized training programs and allow us to objectively track progress throughout the year. Using technology such as high-speed video analysis and Rapsodo data capture, TPS evaluates the underlying mechanics and performance characteristics of each athlete’s hitting or pitching profile. This allows our staff to make informed, individualized development decisions based on movement quality, objective data, and long-term player goals.

Custom Plan

TPS is built around individualized long-term player development — not generic workouts or one-size-fits-all training. Every athlete inside the system receives a structured development plan designed around their movement profile, physical capabilities, skill set, workload, and long-term goals. Player plans may include strength and conditioning, mobility and movement preparation, recovery protocols, throwing preparation, pre-game routines, and position-specific development strategies. Each component is designed to improve on-field performance while supporting durability, consistency, and long-term athletic growth. Arm care and throwing health are fully integrated into the TPS development process. Players receive individualized arm care programming, workload guidance, preparation routines, and recovery strategies designed to support arm health throughout training and competition. Using the information gathered through movement screenings, performance testing, video analysis, and Rapsodo data, our staff develops individualized hitting or pitching plans tailored to each athlete’s strengths, limitations, and developmental priorities. Every drill, progression, and adjustment inside TPS is implemented with purpose and connected back to the player’s overall development roadmap.

NerveOTX Neuromuscular Recovery & Performance

NerveOTX is an advanced neuromuscular recovery and performance system that uses direct current stimulation to improve communication between the nervous system and muscles. By combining targeted stimulation with movement, NerveOTX helps athletes move more efficiently, recover faster, and perform at a higher level. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, NerveOTX is designed to improve muscle activation, movement quality, and overall function by addressing the neurological component of performance and recovery. How It Works Every movement starts with the nervous system. When muscles are not activating efficiently due to fatigue, injury, compensation patterns, or repetitive stress, performance can decline and discomfort can increase. NerveOTX is applied while athletes perform specific movements and exercises, allowing us to improve muscle recruitment, restore movement patterns, and immediately reassess changes in mobility, strength, and performance. Key Benefits Improved muscle activation and recruitment Faster recovery between training and competition Increased mobility and range of motion Reduced muscular tightness and fatigue Enhanced movement quality and coordination Support for injury recovery and return-to-play progressions Improved athletic readiness and performance

The Futures App

TPS partners with The Futures App to provide athletes and families with a high-level development and communication experience throughout the training process. The app serves as the central hub for player programming, video review, communication, progress tracking, training updates, and educational resources. Athletes can access their individualized development plans, review coaching feedback, upload videos, and stay connected with our staff — all in one place. This allows TPS to provide a more organized, accountable, and connected player development experience both inside and outside the facility.

Progression

TPS is built around continuous evaluation, communication, and long-term development. Throughout the training process, athletes are periodically retested across key performance, movement, and skill-development metrics to objectively track progress and identify new areas for improvement. This allows our staff to make informed adjustments to each player’s development plan based on real data, performance trends, and individual needs. Regular player check-ins and ongoing communication are also a core part of the TPS system. Our goal is to provide athletes with consistent guidance, accountability, and support throughout every stage of their development journey.
